  • We had a perfect stay at Aimees house in Sept. Lovely villa, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Easy location to get to beach clubs in Kalamar bay and nice quiet road with super views from the lovely spacious roof terrace. Highly recommend this villa.

  • We spent a week at Aimee's House in August and loved the relaxed vibe of the pool and roof terrace and the beauty of Kalkan. We spent most of the holiday locally enjoying the Turkish Spa, local restaurants, a day at Kalkan beach (which was a very cheap 5 minute taxi ride - we walked back) and of course, plenty of pool time at the villa. We didnt have to share it much during our week here. Aimee's house was immaculately presented, had everything we needed! Great family memories created. Thank you Zoe and Greg!

  • We had the most wonderful week at Aimee’s House and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The villa is in a really peaceful and beautiful part of Kalkan, with a lovely neighbourhood restaurant and a few minute walk to a choice of three fantastic beach clubs, with great food, cocktails and water sports to keep the teenagers happy.
The roof terrace is simply spectacular, the villa is really well appointed but so easy to get into Kalkan town for shopping bars and restaurants. We have the post Kalkan blues and will definitely be back!

  • We were very pleased with the holiday we spent in this wonderful house. The house was extremely clean, and almost everything you might need inside had been thought out down to the smallest detail. We really felt at home. The pool was quite large, calm and pleasant. Also, the fact that it was very close to Kalamar Beach Club was a great advantage for our holiday. The host, Greg, was extremely caring, kind and helpful from start to finish. He provided quick support in all matters, ensuring that our holiday was smooth and enjoyable. We thank him again. It's definitely a house we'd like to stay in again. We recommend it with complete peace of mind.

  • Just spent an amazing 2 weeks in this beautiful Villa. Aimee’s House has it all; trust me, you won’t want to leave…
Stunning location, views to die for.
It’s a 20min walk into town but the chilled location & the ambiance/views around Kalamar Bay make it a very special place to stay..
The villa is stunning inside, beautifully & tastefully decorated; It’s the best equipped holiday accommodation we’ve had in Kalkan over the last 16 years; everything you need is catered for in the Villa..
Beautiful pool in the courtyard, which we had to ourselves the majority of our holiday. The rooftop was our favourite place to chill both night & day…
We loved our stay & will most definitely return…

  • Aimee’s House in Kalkan is a gem. Spotlessly clean and beautifully kept, it felt instantly welcoming. The pool was fantastic and the roof terrace was the perfect spot to relax with a drink at sundown, with stunning views all around. Greg and Zoe were wonderful - warm, attentive, and full of great local tips. Everything was easy from start to finish, making our stay truly relaxing. We’d definitely recommend Aimee’s House to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Kalkan - and we’d love to return ourselves.

  • The most amazing holiday at this beautiful villa in Kalkan! The swimming pool was absolutely stunning and so peaceful and clean. It was also just a short walk to a lovely beach club, which became one of our favorite spots to relax by the sea.
Greg, the host, was fantastic throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful with recommendations for airport transfers and the boat trip from Kas was a lovely day out!
Everything from the location to the hospitality made this a perfect getaway. We’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

    — Miranda Beeston, 31 июл 2025

  • Wonderful spot close to beach clubs well located. Everything you need for a nice holiday. Lovely neighbours, lovely little street with some eateries around. Peaceful and pleasant stay.

  • What can say, amazing villa! It was such a lovely place, large space very comfortable and clean. Lovely modern bathrooms with great showers, bedrooms were very confortable too. The pool was amazing and we mostly had it to ourselves. The area is so beautiful. Its very hilly but its so easy to get a taxi into town and gregs tips and info was really helpful. We loved the local restaurant literally at the top of the hill (house kitchen). They could not of been more lovely and the food was lovely. Great options so worth a visit, they knew about gluten free options too so really great for me with an alergy. The pasta was delicious! I loved the town so much to do and plenty of cheap places for teenagers. I would love to come back ! Greg was such a great host too always on hand with help so the best host !

  • Lots of our friends have stayed at Aimee's house and have raved about it, so we wanted to check it out and it was just perfect! Stunning villa, everything you need, so comfortable clean and homely there is an outdoor built in BBQ perfect for those lazy evenings when you have been at the local beach club all day(2 within a 10 minute walk, if you stay at the Kalamar beach club all day they offer free transfers) stunning rooftop terrace to enjoy a sun downers or 2.Lovely restaurant around the corner House Kitchen, who serve a stunning breakfast, dinner one evening and a nice cold beer/wine on a 'pit-stop' .Local supermarket that is well stocked very friendly and has great air conditioning.Taxis are plentiful and very reasonable(check the fridge for fridge magnets, there are suggestions for restaurant and taxi companies, we found a female taxi driver who was lovely also)The boat trip with Osman and his family was a highlight, the sea was just lovely, crystal clear and actually not to cold.
As a rule we always like to visit new places and so very rarely re-book to return to a place, we are hoping to rebook for next year!
Gregg and Zoe are amazing hosts and were always on hand if we needed, but there was no need. was just lovely .

    — Tracy Woodliffe, 23 июн 2025

  • The villa was fantastic, brilliant facilities and lovely terrace to sunbath and other lovely seating areas to look at the beautiful views. The villa is one of the best we have stayed in on holiday. It was great to use the shared pool when we got too hot. The kitchen is well equipped which was great when we ate in a few nights.
The communication from Greg was fantastic, so helpful with recommendations such as a brilliant boat trip and what taxi company to use.
Thanks so much would love to come back, we loved the villa and Kalkan the people are so friendly what a beautiful place.

  • We have just returned from two wonderful weeks at Aimee's House. The house was beautifully decorated with everything we needed & plenty of space for the 4 of us. Stunning views from the terrace, main bedroom & spectacular roof terrace. We had the beautiful pool to ourselves for the whole of our holiday. Big shout out to Greg & Zoe for all of their valued advice for trips & getting around Kalkan. We've had a ball & will be back, sooner rather than later! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  • This villa was outstanding. So well laid out and beautifully decorated. Very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of wardrobe space in bedrooms. Very peaceful as was not as near Kalamar Road as places we’d previously stayed. Bit of a hilly walk or cheap taxi ride but worth it for the views and peace. The star of the show though was the roof terrace. Spent most days there chilling out looking out to the gorgeous views. Plenty of sun and also shade when you needed it.
I’d 100% recommend this villa and fingers crossed I’ll be back some day.

  • We have just returned from the most amazing 10 night stay at Aimee’s house and I have never been so sad to leave a place. From the initial enquiry about availability and prices Zoe and Greg have been outstanding!! They helped me organised transfers gave me advice on flights and took away all my worries about organising the holiday.
When we arrived we were so happy looking around the villa and of course getting straight up on the roof terrace for a celebratory drink even tho it was midnight. We then unpacked finding plenty of room for all our things. The beds were so comfy and we had a much needed sleep. After such a long day I was up early to go out on our balcony to see the most fabulous view I was overwhelmed!!! After a walk up the hill to the supermarket I had to get in the pool to cool down . I felt like millionaire , the pool area is so lovely. Greg and Zoe messaged to check we were ok and giving tips for things to do and see. Even tho we did go out and about doing things In the area it was also just fun to stay at the villa making meals in the well equipped kitchen or enjoying the rooftop terrace or pool. We really had the most fabulous holiday . There are fabulous restaurants within walking distance or it was easy and cheap to get a taxi into the old town which is stunning. Aimee’s house is a beautiful villa in the most gorgeous area and I would recommend it highly to anyone!!

  • We stayed at Aimee's House last week and had a wonderful time. The villa is well-appointed with all the amenities one could wish for on a holiday stay. It is also thoughtfully furnished and has a homely ambience. Positioned a stone's throw from Kalkan town, but sufficiently apart that guests feel a sense of seclusion. Taxis are on tap to quickly and cheaply take you into town. The views from the villa across Kalamar Bay are breathtaking and best sampled from the spacious and splendid roof terrace. The walled pool area is also a lovely space to relax, shared with a couple of surrounding villas but, as others have said, we had it to ourselves during our stay. Owner Greg could not have been more helpful, quickly responding to any enquiry and proactively arranging much on our behalf, from transfers to boat trips. We couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Outstanding views from the balcony and rooftop terrace. Owners are an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful with transfers and any queries which is a godsend. Fantastic communications. That happy already booked for a return stay.

  • What a beautiful place stay, perfectly equipped for our family of 4, with everything we needed, the decor and furnishings are tastefully done and with simply breathtaking views, we made full use of the pool which is shared with a handful of other villas, but we had it to ourselves during most of our stay. We love our home comforts and the beds at Aimee's house didn't disappoint, they were the most comfortable beds and pillows that we have ever experienced, a good nights sleep was guaranteed. The villa is situated in the quieter part of Kalkan but within walking distance of the bustling centre.
There are 2 Beach clubs literally 5 minutes walk away and bars and restaurants close by too, along with a very handy shop which kept us going throughout the week.
The communication was excellent leading up to our stay and during too. Highly recommend.

    — Sarah Partridge, 06 авг 2023

  • This villa was the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! Beautiful location, beach clubs nearby, very clean, great interior, stunning views, and everything you need to cook food and live a carefree vacation life! Highly recommended and would love to come back!

  • My friend & I have just spent a lovely week at Aimee’s house and would definitely stay again. A lovely clean house with the most amazing view. Thanks Greg & Zoe, you have been so helpful with all the advise and recommendations.

    — Cheryl Wardle, 12 май 2023

  • It was like having a personal assistant. Zoe ensured every element of my stay was tried and tested. Her advice was clearly based on experience and knowledge of the area. Aimee’s House was immaculate and extremely well equipped.

    — Amanda Berry, 05 окт 2022

  • We have just returned from Aimees House. We spent three weeks saying at this wonderful home. Greg and Zoe have gone above and beyond with what they offer, arranging transfers from and to the airport, recommendations of places to eat and see. It was not our first visit to Kalkan we have holidayed there frequently over the last 11 years, but it was our first time in Kalamar Bay and would certainly return to Aimees House in a heart beat.

    — Alison HYLTON, 26 сен 2022

  • We have just had the most wonderful two weeks staying at Aimee's House. The villa is beautifully presented and furnished, and exceptionally clean, you couldn't ask for more. We also loved the location in Kalamar Bay, just outside the main hustle of town, this area is quieter with great beach clubs nearby (KuluBe and Kalamar) and a selection of fantastic cafes and restaurants. Greg and Zoe the owners, can't do enough to ensure your stay is enjoyable and as comfortable as possible. Five Stars!

  • We booked this villa back in 2020 but due to covid it was cancelled so we visited this beautiful villa in July 2022 for 14 nights. Greg and Zoe organised a taxi transfer from the airport.
The house is on the outskirts of town but we liked that!
The house Is decorated beautifully with pictures and ornaments and is clean and efficient for use (we cooked 3x and found all utensils we needed!)
It has a refrigerated water bottle and exchanging it was simple and easy.
You can walk the 20 minute walk to town but it is slightly uphill or you can What’s app a taxi which come Pretty quickly if it’s too hot, the walk back is downhill and cafes and bars on the way back to rehydrate 😜
5 minutes walk downhill is the lovely kalamar beach club which offers water sports, diving, sunbeds and food and drink.
The villa is air conditioned and has 3 toilets and 2x showers!
The pool is amazing, you may need to buy inflatables which is what we did, the children loved it. It is shared but we had it to ourself most of the time.
Contact with the owners was outstanding, replied straight away and the issue was solved the next day(safe had locked itself out)
We loved it so much that we have booked to go in October 😍🎼🇹🇷

  • What a find this place was… the villa was exactly as described, beautifully equipped with everything you need and in a perfect location. Also a couple of beach clubs within walking distance (note, free shuttles are offered when you leave). A ten minute taxi ride to the harbour area means that everything is within reach. Views are fantastic too. Zoe was on hand for any queries from the point of booking and throughout our stay although not much was required due to the extensive notes in the villa handbook. Would recommend Aimee’s House to anyone looking for a fabulous stay in Kalkan.

    — Karen Watkins , 06 июл 2022

  • We have just had the most two amazing weeks at this beautiful house …Everything was perfect in every way …Greg and Zoe have thought of everything to make you stay amazing ..waking up to those beautiful views every day was a wonderful experience…Kalkan itself is a lovely place to stay with it’s lovely restaurants and the old town walking through those lovely cobbled streets …We will definitely be back …A Truly Wonderful holiday …

  • A great find!

  • Just recently stayed at Aimee’s House which is a real gem of a place to stay! It’s located in a fantastic spot, close to some great restaurants and a short taxi ride into Kalkan old town. What makes this place is the the panoramic views from the roof terrace - spectacular. The villa offers ample space for a family or group of friends and is decorated beautifully. We spent most of our days out and about at various beach clubs but loved having sundowners on the terrace off the main bedroom which again has such an amazing view and then heading up to the roof terrace to watch the sun go down. It really is breathtaking! We didn’t spend much time at the pool but it was lovely and I would definitely return to Aimee’s House again. The owner Greg was very responsive and helpful answering any questions prior to our stay. Can’t wait to return.

    — Sue Dalziel , 15 май 2022

  • We had the most amazing holiday in Kalkan & Aimees house was the most perfect location. It has everything you need, modern & stylish as well as authentic & cozy. It also has the most breathtaking views. Its location is great with 2x fabulous beach clubs on its doorstep & the old town is the equivalent of £2 in a taxi away. So whether you are planning a family holiday, or going away with friends I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough.

    — Nic B, 15 май 2022

  • What a find! Absolutely beautiful villa with stunning rooftop and amazing views. It’s beautifully decorated with amazing bathrooms. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend. The owners could not have been any more lovely and helpful!

    — Jane Howell, 15 май 2022

  • The location is wonderful, the balconies and roof terrace have some of the best views in Kalkan and it is just a few minutes walk from two fantastic beach clubs. It is a peaceful area, but you can walk into the town with bustling bars and the most fantastic restaurants or get a taxi for just the cost of a couple of pounds. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and is of a high standard, the pool area is lovely too. All enquiries were dealt with promptly and the owners went above and beyond recommending boat trips and answering any queries I had. I would recommend Aimee's house to anybody visiting Kalkan and I hope to return one day.

  • Hello,

We stayed for 6 nights in August 2021 and had a lovely time. The house is tastefully furnished, new and very clean. The shared pool was like a private pool as we never came across anybody. It is large and very nice. Arranging everything with the owner Greg in the U.K. was a breeze. Kalkan offers lots to do with many restaurants to eat out. Highly recommended.

    — Kerem AKCAY, 10 авг 2021

  • The house is very cozy, well furnished, equipped, has everything you need. great pool, serviced and cleaned every day

  • We had the most wonderful week at Aimee’s House, it truly is a home away from home. Everything has been considered to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The pool is lovely and never busy. The house is immaculate and spacious, everything you’d want from a rental villa. You’re a short taxi ride into old town and the Kalamar Beach Club is less than 5 minutes away on foot. I can’t recommend this place enough! We’ll definitely be back.

    — Ashley, 09 сен 2020

  • “Aimee’s House was really well appointed, thoughtfully styled with a modern renovation. The landlords were responsive to any requests for information and support. It was a delight to spend a full week in this house relaxing in the different rooms, balconies and rooftop. Fantastic spot which we hope to revisit soon enough.”
