  • We stayed at Aimee's House last week and had a wonderful time. The villa is well-appointed with all the amenities one could wish for on a holiday stay. It is also thoughtfully furnished and has a homely ambience. Positioned a stone's throw from Kalkan town, but sufficiently apart that guests feel a sense of seclusion. Taxis are on tap to quickly and cheaply take you into town. The views from the villa across Kalamar Bay are breathtaking and best sampled from the spacious and splendid roof terrace. The walled pool area is also a lovely space to relax, shared with a couple of surrounding villas but, as others have said, we had it to ourselves during our stay. Owner Greg could not have been more helpful, quickly responding to any enquiry and proactively arranging much on our behalf, from transfers to boat trips. We couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

  • Just back from three weeks and can highly recommend Aimee's house for anyone who is looking for a fantastic quality spacious apartment in a perfect secluded private location. Outstanding views from the balcony and rooftop terrace. Owners are an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful with transfers and any queries which is a godsend. Fantastic communications. That happy already booked for a return stay.

  • What a beautiful place stay, perfectly equipped for our family of 4, with everything we needed, the decor and furnishings are tastefully done and with simply breathtaking views, we made full use of the pool which is shared with a handful of other villas, but we had it to ourselves during most of our stay. We love our home comforts and the beds at Aimee's house didn't disappoint, they were the most comfortable beds and pillows that we have ever experienced, a good nights sleep was guaranteed. The villa is situated in the quieter part of Kalkan but within walking distance of the bustling centre.
    There are 2 Beach clubs literally 5 minutes walk away and bars and restaurants close by too, along with a very handy shop which kept us going throughout the week.
    The communication was excellent leading up to our stay and during too. Highly recommend.

  • This villa was the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! Beautiful location, beach clubs nearby, very clean, great interior, stunning views, and everything you need to cook food and live a carefree vacation life! Highly recommended and would love to come back!

  • We have just returned from Aimees House. We spent three weeks saying at this wonderful home. Greg and Zoe have gone above and beyond with what they offer, arranging transfers from and to the airport, recommendations of places to eat and see. It was not our first visit to Kalkan we have holidayed there frequently over the last 11 years, but it was our first time in Kalamar Bay and would certainly return to Aimees House in a heart beat.

  • We have just had the most wonderful two weeks staying at Aimee's House. The villa is beautifully presented and furnished, and exceptionally clean, you couldn't ask for more. We also loved the location in Kalamar Bay, just outside the main hustle of town, this area is quieter with great beach clubs nearby (KuluBe and Kalamar) and a selection of fantastic cafes and restaurants. Greg and Zoe the owners, can't do enough to ensure your stay is enjoyable and as comfortable as possible. Five Stars!

  • We booked this villa back in 2020 but due to covid it was cancelled so we visited this beautiful villa in July 2022 for 14 nights. Greg and Zoe organised a taxi transfer from the airport.
    The house is on the outskirts of town but we liked that!
    The house Is decorated beautifully with pictures and ornaments and is clean and efficient for use (we cooked 3x and found all utensils we needed!)
    It has a refrigerated water bottle and exchanging it was simple and easy.
    You can walk the 20 minute walk to town but it is slightly uphill or you can What’s app a taxi which come Pretty quickly if it’s too hot, the walk back is downhill and cafes and bars on the way back to rehydrate 😜
    5 minutes walk downhill is the lovely kalamar beach club which offers water sports, diving, sunbeds and food and drink.
    The villa is air conditioned and has 3 toilets and 2x showers!
    The pool is amazing, you may need to buy inflatables which is what we did, the children loved it. It is shared but we had it to ourself most of the time.
    Contact with the owners was outstanding, replied straight away and the issue was solved the next day(safe had locked itself out)
    We loved it so much that we have booked to go in October 😍🎼🇹🇷

  • What a find this place was… the villa was exactly as described, beautifully equipped with everything you need and in a perfect location. Also a couple of beach clubs within walking distance (note, free shuttles are offered when you leave). A ten minute taxi ride to the harbour area means that everything is within reach. Views are fantastic too. Zoe was on hand for any queries from the point of booking and throughout our stay although not much was required due to the extensive notes in the villa handbook. Would recommend Aimee’s House to anyone looking for a fabulous stay in Kalkan.

  • We have just had the most two amazing weeks at this beautiful house …Everything was perfect in every way …Greg and Zoe have thought of everything to make you stay amazing ..waking up to those beautiful views every day was a wonderful experience…Kalkan itself is a lovely place to stay with it’s lovely restaurants and the old town walking through those lovely cobbled streets …We will definitely be back …A Truly Wonderful holiday …

  • Just recently stayed at Aimee’s House which is a real gem of a place to stay! It’s located in a fantastic spot, close to some great restaurants and a short taxi ride into Kalkan old town. What makes this place is the the panoramic views from the roof terrace - spectacular. The villa offers ample space for a family or group of friends and is decorated beautifully. We spent most of our days out and about at various beach clubs but loved having sundowners on the terrace off the main bedroom which again has such an amazing view and then heading up to the roof terrace to watch the sun go down. It really is breathtaking! We didn’t spend much time at the pool but it was lovely and I would definitely return to Aimee’s House again. The owner Greg was very responsive and helpful answering any questions prior to our stay. Can’t wait to return.

  • We had the most amazing holiday in Kalkan & Aimees house was the most perfect location. It has everything you need, modern & stylish as well as authentic & cozy. It also has the most breathtaking views. Its location is great with 2x fabulous beach clubs on its doorstep & the old town is the equivalent of £2 in a taxi away. So whether you are planning a family holiday, or going away with friends I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough.

  • The location is wonderful, the balconies and roof terrace have some of the best views in Kalkan and it is just a few minutes walk from two fantastic beach clubs. It is a peaceful area, but you can walk into the town with bustling bars and the most fantastic restaurants or get a taxi for just the cost of a couple of pounds. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and is of a high standard, the pool area is lovely too. All enquiries were dealt with promptly and the owners went above and beyond recommending boat trips and answering any queries I had. I would recommend Aimee's house to anybody visiting Kalkan and I hope to return one day.

  • Hello,

    We stayed for 6 nights in August 2021 and had a lovely time. The house is tastefully furnished, new and very clean. The shared pool was like a private pool as we never came across anybody. It is large and very nice. Arranging everything with the owner Greg in the U.K. was a breeze. Kalkan offers lots to do with many restaurants to eat out. Highly recommended.

  • We had the most wonderful week at Aimee’s House, it truly is a home away from home. Everything has been considered to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The pool is lovely and never busy. The house is immaculate and spacious, everything you’d want from a rental villa. You’re a short taxi ride into old town and the Kalamar Beach Club is less than 5 minutes away on foot. I can’t recommend this place enough! We’ll definitely be back.
